When I asked for a return and refund they immediately accused me of breaking the item and said they would report me to eBay?!! Not the best response to a genuine customer problem. They then went on to claim some nonsense about the condition of the item. Item was checked before dispatch and he has pulled the plug apart without removing the screw which has caused the clasp to break either by accident or deliberately because he bought the wrong item.
