The price was fabulous and the communication was superb throughout the process. The seller also included detailed instructions for set up and care, very impressive! My puppy ate the pendulum and little plastic dog that came with the clock. I asked to purchase replacements, but he sent them at no additional charge. The clock is beautiful and I absolutely LOVE it!
