When I questioned the seller about her shipping charge she said she automatically adds $2.00, I guess for mailing supplies. Other sellers used much smaller packages for the same size bracelet. She received a gift box with her purchase in a well protected postal shipper. I ship all of my items in well protected shippers or boxes and have Never had a customer receive jewelry damaged in the mail. I have also never had a customer in over 25 years complain about the quality or packing of any jewelry item i have shipped. I will continue to provide excellent service to all of my customers.
