    Packed nicely, unfortunately one had a cracked/ broken off corner piece of stone, looks like it was a corner packet in the package, likely damaged during transit. May pay to pack the whole package in bubble wrap when dispatching overseas. Airport handler’s have no respect ! But thanks quick delivery time.

    Absolutely horrible seller DO NO T PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. Item arrived damaged offered a 20% refund I accepted their offer but they never did the refund. Then they offered me 10% refund. They also asked me if I could sell the item to someone else to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. They do not package their items properly. Blamed the supplier. What a mess!! DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THEM LOOK WHAT YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH. Please read their nonsense messages!

    Dear customer so sorry that as our manager is a little busy so the refund is a little delay for you and how about we refund you 15AUD back as compensation instead of 10AUD and do you consider to remove this bad rating for us too ? it really influence our store and my work a lot your understanding will be really appreciated or if you have any other request pls feel free to let us know too we will try our best to fulfill your needs waiting for your reply best regards

    The item arrived broken and instead of an easy refund the process has taken multiple emails and around 2 weeks to resolve. Now that the item is returned via tracking the seller has changed their email so they cannot be notified and give me my money. EBay are aware and I hope this seller knows that cannot get away with kind of customer service in Australia.
