Their description is always spot on. ‘Fair’ prices and shipping is great in every was, shipping cost, packaging, quick delivery. All is well including this great train ! I just like to haggle and they don’t. I will return and buy here again, definitely!

When I received it the box was in perfect condition as was the box inside containing the item . Shipping was good . Appearance was excellent .The purchase was a good value . I had an issue with the item so I contacted the seller and initiated a return . Communication was excellent and went very smoothly . Everything has been taken care of . Yes I would buy from him again .

It looked like the item listed in the listing. Unfortunately the advertisement had a typo and they were for O gauge not HO. I contacted Trainz and they searched for an HO version but did not have one available. They immediately gave me a refund. Although this transaction did not go as hoped, Trainz was very responsive and has always provided excellent service.
