    This seller is excellent. I ordered a dolls house light “battery” operated by mistake (I needed plug-in) and this seller went out of their way to try and resolve my mistake. It had arrived in good time and is a good quality product made of metal not plastic like so many others, it is good condition and good value. In the end the seller gave a full refund and said to keep the lamp which was a very kind gesture they did not have to make. I can certainly recommend this seller, thank you

    Item is as described, dispatch time was poor. When prompted they pointed out that it could take them as much a 7 days before actually shipping, this was in the small print. It is however an unusually long time in this day and age. Overall they shipped after 5 days toal time from order to delivery was 12 days, very poor.

    Purchased one these from this seller but unfortunately it must of got damaged in transportation. Messaged the seller who refunded my money with no quibble and I was very happy with the outcome. So nice not to have to jump through hoops to get a correct outcome. Very impressed with this seller if only it could be the same with other sellers.
