Seller did use a ton of bubble wrap but threw it in a shipping bag instead of a box. Definitely a no no with ceramics / glass. I paid 9.00 for shipping, seller refunded 1.00 of that after I tried reaching out. Not fair or okay in my opinion. Pretty positive I’m paying for the supplies when I’m paying for shipping so I should get way more than what I got. Boxes are free at USPS btw!!!
