After some back and forth communication the seller refunded the purchase, thanks for cooperating and being professional. It would have been a good value; there’s no way of knowing when. PVC garment has reached its end until the fabric fails. I accepted the return case when it was opened and, despite the fact that the item was not returned to me, I gave a full £100 refund including the original Airmail postage costs! The case was opened over a weekend and I refunded on the Monday to settle the matter quickly!
