It arrived in a box that opened during shipment. There was one small handful of packing material left in the box. The shipment took 7 days and made stops in quite a few cities. The new, unopened product dropped to less than half on the manufacturers website,so I messaged the seller and told him. He immediately responded and dropped the price and I bought it immediately (for better shipping and quicker delivery than manufacturer). 5 stars.
