They were packaged well and my orders had heavy and fragile stickers. One of my items arrived damaged from shipping and the seller was happy to give me a partial refund. The items were described well and I felt that the seller put some effort into their inventory by labeling anything that was wrong with the items. A piece of the original packaging that keeps the ACE PRO Filament manager from damaging the build plate was missing, and a z rod was bent, but those were not super surprising in a for parts, auction listing, and the seller likely didn't have them from whatever return market they are sourced from. I had no issues with the seller, and will likely purchase from them again.
