She finally wrote back after that but instead of apologizing or looking into, they went on the defensive.

The item shipped from RI to IL and has yet to arrive. It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered from this seller. There’s no honesty or transparency and this item was purposefully bought w the intention of it arriving on time due to criminal activity in my neighborhood.
