One of the colors it showed was purple (which is the color I needed). I did not know that I was going to receive SEPARATE packages of a SINGLE color (NONE of which were the purple I needed). As for the posting it does show various colors and also states 100 sticky notes per pad. They also show individual pads and not one with all of the colors on it. If you would have sent me a message after the order requesting a specific color I would have ensured that you had received it.
