A magical, musical nanny brings a breath of fresh air into the stuffy Banks household in turn-of-the-century England. I asked to cancel the transaction & after a another day or two the seller finally shipped the item. NO COMMIUNCATION FROM THIS SELLER AT ALL! The package arrived in terrible condition w/ no packing material. I sent the toy back for a refund & they stalled refunding me until eBay got involved. They finally offered me a $20 refund, but have no use for this toy now
