Not a fan of FedX SmartPost (16 days Indianapolis to Houston) majority of delay spent in FedEx’s control. FedEx missed 3 delivery dates & FedEx service horrible. USPS to PO Box would have been significantly faster. Realize FedEx shipping outside vendor control but unsure why FedEx “SmartPost” utilized over USPS which is why 3 star shipping time.

Delivery tracking had more than 40 entries listed before the package finally reached its clearly labeled address this morning.     Very poorly packed with flimsy shipping box. Shipping box was completely crushed upon arrival. However, the platter was in its original packaging & somehow survived without damage. Use better packaging. Otherwise platter was like new as shown & seller easy to work with.
