Unfortunately the postal service ( Evri ) let us both down on this occasion. But I recieved a full refund from seller regardless with zero problems. I've personally been on ebay as a buyer for 20yrs. Evri have been the only delivery service to fail, multiple time's. I advise all buyers to double check, and choose a better option for delivery on goods.
