Packing could have been better, the plastic insert backings got corners crushed from shipping in just an envelope. I was able to repair with tape but it would have been better if the inserts were placed in the cases to begin with for their protection.

I will have to say that this is a cheap cheap cheap item. The ad and pictures are a bit deceiving once you receive the actual item and compare it to the ad. But I knew that was a possibility when I ordered it so I don't hold that against the seller. I honestly don't think this toilet seat warmer will withstand people's weight for longer than a week or so.
