I purchased this item and it arrived in a box that looked like it had been dropped out of an airplane, then kicked out of the back of the truck. This caused the product to be damaged. It was well packed and there was nothing more the seller could do. I gave them a call late on a Friday night when I found it was broke. Seller priority mailed me the replacement part, no charge Saturday morning. Very please with seller.
