We did call to Spectrum to veryify the IMEI was valid. Carrier will not tell you if it is currently activated. The several phone calls was to find someone at Spectrum willing to reset the phone to get rid of the former activation. Only negative, no communication from seller.

They responded to every question i had, quickly and even had an automatic response that they were away ,and when they would be back. I'm leaving feedback before I've had a chance to play it.
