The item arrived appropriately packaged with multiple layers of cardboard and bubble wrap, but the glass was shattered in shipping, which scratched the print in multiple places. The seller was easy to communicate with, apologetic, and promptly issued a full refund. While the damage did not appear to be the seller’s fault, if I were to order again, I’d ask for the glass to be removed prior to shipping. The packing and care were so evident. It arrived faster than I though. Every thing about the topper is quality and as described. II am very happy with this topper and thank you so much.
