It feels solid, all keys functional, and is a work horse. The laptop came cracked during shipping but the seller was quick and understanding and helped me get a refund. My only complaint is that they should use better packaging because just wrapping it in bubble wrap in one direction is not sufficient. I'm sure it works out for them more times than not but just my two cents.
