The printer arrived not as described, with the keypad detached (see photo) and hanging from its power strip, contrary to the published description and photo. Additionally, the print-out paper tray was missing from the shipment. Nevertheless, with some jury-rigging, the printer functioned as expected and can be used. Fairfax-Surplus responded promptly and graciously to my complaint with a $30 refund. Good customer service!
