The sellers provided a letter which was a nice gesture to include in the envelope. The only thing was I wish the card was in a top loader as part of the card slid out of the penny sleeve. Long story short, the post office couldn't find my card. I contacted seller and they were very apologetic and issued a refund. Today, I was going to give them another chance and purchase 7 of their listed cards but they blocked me? Totally uncalled for considering this was all their fault.
