When I first ordered these pants, they arrived after I left for a long trip, and upon my return, it turns out that the pants sent were not the ones I ordered. When I contacted the seller, I received an immediate response. Not only did the seller apologize for the mistake, but they also found the item I originally ordered and sent it to me. It was quick and curtious, even though it was 3 weeks after the delivery of the original shipment. I am very grateful.
