Im sure the seller didnt have knowledge of this prior to shipping as its hard to check everything with such a large inventory so Ill just leave it at that . Just beware when purchasing NOS without a picture of contents and it is good I was able to return it for refundPhilips H5006 Sealed Beam Halogen Headlamp Headlight Bulb 12V 35W (#335304251317)
