Communication with the seller was excellent throughout. The only issue was that the parcel was held in UK customs for nearly a month due to a missing commodity code, which delayed delivery. It would also have been helpful if the listing had mentioned the 20% import VAT, although I appreciate that’s ultimately my responsibility to check. Just something for UK bu

They sent me tracking updates through eBay messages all throughout the shipping process. I paid the customs to UPS the moment I saw the message from them and the package arrived smoothly and with no issues! Super secure packaging as well! One caveat: they shipped using UPS when the listing said FedEx. This was better for me as I prefer UPS, but it may be good to be upfront about this.

Packaging was minimal but perfectly executed to keep shipping costs down but protect the item. Items were priced very competively. With the free shipping from Japan I expected it to take a week or two at least but it arrived in 4 days. Great service.
