Seller responded promptly to my communications regarding the initial delivery problem (package was stolen) and shipped a replacement unit straight away. Hopefully they were reimbursed by FedEx. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

Packing was very good boxed in between 2 custom fitted air pockets at the sides of monitor with glass content inside handle with care warning label on the box. Shipping arrived a day early and fell on my medical day off perfectly. Overall, a great experience with the seller and would recommend.
