There was an issue with the initial shipment (no tracking update) but the seller followed up with the carrier and resolved the issue. The monitor arrived soon after. Thank you to the seller for quickly responding and resolving the issue. There is an issue with the horizontal hold but otherwise the monitor is working very well. Seller replied explaining that they run into issues sometimes with an unexplained third party and didnt get the item out til the next day.
