The seller even carefully described a couple of minor flaws with the item and that was very considerate. The item was also very carefully packed and that insured that it arrived without damage. Shipping cost and time were not very good but that's on FedEx, not the seller. At the end of the day I love the lamps and the cost even with the additional repair charge was worth it. The shipping was high ($72) but understandable given the size and weight.
