Synopsis
Carl Pace is a man on the outside. Sleeping his life away in his condo of solitude, he leaves only to work as a freelance lab-rat in pharmaceutical tests. When Carl gets caught up in the wrong test, he must work through a mountain of questions, a parade of shady characters and the fog of an international conspiracy that could very well change life on earth as we know it. Trouble is, Carl would much rather order delivery and watch TV., Carl Pace is a freelance lab rat by trade, and a recluse by choice. He is an uncomfortable, anxious man, who prefers to remain huddled in his condo of solitude, barricaded safely away from his lethal nemesis: small talk. His walls come crashing in when an illegal chemical agent is infused into his bloodstream, and he is forced to stagger his way through a waking nightmare while coping with the bizarre side effects of this unknown wonder drug. Worst of all, Carl will have to deal with people.
