However, it was held up in US customs for over a week, causing a shipping delay. I believe this was an isolated incident that doesn't reflect the seller's overall performance. The store manager provided excellent support by tracing the package and coordinating with FedEx for me

The card packs were packaged very carefully and arrived without damage. The cards are of high quality and original as promised.
