Their communication is excellent, and made the process of sorting out freight shipping very much painless. of course, the company- Southeastern Freightlines were amazing as well, while this isn’t a review of them but they will take care of your package! as for the packaging, it was excellent!! it also of course came as described! I was able to get this laptop for more than half off what a new price would be on Amazon, and can't even tell this is secondhand.
