I don't feel the supplier could have done any more. Their communication is excellent, fair minded and it certainly wouldn't put me off using them again. The Quality of their yarns, secure packaging ensures goods arrive in good condition, good value for money and always gives a professional appearance when made up.

I only ordered a few as I hadn’t dealt with this seller before but I’m very happy with the quality and service. Ordered at 11pm last Friday and it arrived at 1pm on Monday. Fantastic service. She said there would be a weeks delay. I was happy to wait. I had another email to say that the supplier she buys from was unable to provide further stock. Sonia was happy to provide an alternative or a refund. I chose the refund as the wool/colour was what my granddaughter wanted for her blanket. The refund was returned very promptly. Excellent service, no quibbles and prompt attention.
