    The item ordered was a discontinued eye makeup product that is very rarely available. I would have been disappointed had it not arrived as promised. But it did arrive exactly as seller said it would, and it was “ packaged” very creatively too, for an extremely tiny item. A bit overpriced, but this was probably the last such product on the planet, so that’s ok. Thank you very much!

    Yes, this is very rare, but not impossible to find yet. They were $12 back in the day, so I list them for $17.99, partly because of fees, and because there is some work involved to find these items and bring them to the platform. I love finding these former faves. Thank you, too!

    We had a glitch in product description, but the seller made up the difference and solved the problem. The small one was sent, didn’t match description, so I was sent a second smaller one to equal one regular lip gloss. Problem solved.

    I thought the smaller one was a .2 oz, but it turned out to be a .1 oz, so yes, I did send another. I am thankful the customer was understanding. I am always willing to fix things.
