I wasn't expecting a flimsy gelatine filter designed to protect humans from the TV's light output and so on. I pointed this out to the seller and they were fantastic in their response and no-quibble return. They were very apologetic and sent a return lable fairly swiftly, so I can't fault their customer service.

Item arrived in excellent/band new condition and the price was great for the size, compared to other sellers. Everyone loved the decoration and it looked awesome in our yard. Great quality. Delivery took longer than desired but still arrived on time.
