And while I am an IT professional, the included documentation and QA checklist were totally unexpected. I have purchased many used laptops here over the years, and this one is by far the best in terms of documentation and setup information. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well. Highly recommend this seller due to the fact that they owned the problem when things didn't go as expected and resolved the issue.

Very well packaged, I would have no reservation in ordering from AAA PC in the future. They even sent the AC adapter which was omitted in the package contained the laptop before I notced it was missing. Fantastic customer service!
