The seller reached out to me as soon as it was purchased. I was happy to get this item as new considering many are selling it used at a much higher price. The value compared to others is great and the item arrived without any issue. Even though the packaging of the game is Korean, it plays in English on my Switch. I had in issue with the item I purchased and they worked with me to resolve the issue and were fast to issue a fast refund. While it wasn’t their issue an unopened didn’t not work they were quick to communicate and now have a satisfied customer.
