The seller had several of these, a titch overpriced based on a lot of experience collecting the German 5 mark commemoratives, and I waited. A month later the seller reduced it by 8%, and I figured that would be as good as I would find it without a long wait. It arrived in an ebay envelope with good tape on the outside. I was not worried, as it ended up coming all the same. It was packaged well and is exactly like it is in the photos. The price was right as well, which is always a bonus.
