They recreated a pattern from a picture of our old rug and the color match was unbelievable. We are happy beyond words. We negotiated the colors for a few iterations and we're glad we took the time to do so. They were extremely responsive and the results were superior to the quality of the original rug. I used their superb design, customized the size & changed it to primary colours post-purchase (5x8 for a fee & primary colours). The communication was easy via WhatsApp. The rug is plush, comfortable, and well-made. The colours are vibrant. Delivery was quick, with CAD 70 customs fees & condition was good thanks to being well packaged. I will vacuum a lot for the usual wool rug shedding in the first few months.
