The packaging arrived just fine but the seller tried to blame it on the Parcel Service. When I asked for a refund he only offered $4 and then proceeded to tell me that if I did do the refund he wouldn't pay for the shipping even though the item was sent damaged. All my listings say: "Buyer pays return shipping" Which you agreed to when you purchased the sign. I'm still willing to refund your $4.00 if you want it. Let me know.
