I believe the value to be very good. Battery life looks to be very good. I've bought a few laptops from AAA and have not been disappointed. Packaging was excellent too. Keys on the keyboard are perfect as is the touchpad. Excellent EBAY seller.

The quality of the product is impressive. I paid for the Latitude 5510 but received the Latitude 5520; a newer, more powerful system with a lot of unexpected bells and whistles like facial recognition. For the price I paid I would have to say I've gotten more than my money's worth. Thank you for such a professional sale

I ordered it with the windows 11 pro installed by choice. Also able to choose RAM and Storage (GBs). It is in great condition. A real value when you buy refurbished. Real quality! It is nice, thin & good looking. Great keyboard! I would highly recommend this laptop and the seller! I’m sure I’m going to need their help with transferring data from my old laptop. They offer phone support and a 1 year warranty!

The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. When I initiated a return, the seller reached out and offered to ship a replacement item. After I returned the original item, it took a few extra days for the seller to ship the replacement laptop. The replacement laptop was very good and working very well. Highly recommend this seller due to the fact that they owned the problem when things didn't go as expected and resolved the issue.
