I offered to ship them together & refund the shipping on one. I never received a reply. The refund request was the ONLY time I was notified of damage. I reached out for photos for verification. One pendant appeared to have been struck with force, and the other was slightly off center. When photos were finally provided, I immediately issued a full refund.
