I was able to get a bill of sale with the correct serial number very quickly. There were some communications issues at the time of pickup, but nothing that would keep me from buying from this seller again. Overall they were very responsive to my questions.

Unfortunately, there were two controls on the mixer that were broken, which need to be repaired in order to use the mixer. I contacted the seller as soon as I found the issues, and was ready for an unpleasant experience to rectify the problem. However, they sent a heartfelt apology, and a complete refund to my account.
