However, it was missing the spare neck peg that was shown in the listing photos. It’s kind of a trivial piece, but for the price I paid I wish there would have been a more accurate product description.

They were extremely well communicative and efficient, they were able to get the item I ordered almost shipped out instantly. And the cherry on top is the very nice and cute letter they wrote with small paper origami’s. the condition of the item was superb, it matched the photos almost perfectly. The only problem I saw was that the box that holds the item (I got a watch) was pressed in a little. But other then that no problems

It arrived in Hungary from Japan in 2!!! days - incredible speed. The watch was very nicely packaged and fully met the description. I'm glad I bought it from here!
