We tried to resolve the issue but didn't make any headway with the shipper. The seller promptly gave me a choice of re-shipping them or a refund which at this time I was in desperate need of the item and chose the refund option. They immediately sent me the refund as well as apologizing. The shipping was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, so I asked the seller to cancel the order. They stated they couldn’t because it was “processing “. I gave a neutral rating because the socks are nice and as described. However, I would not order from this seller in the future.
