They think you order things only to have to delay returning them for an exchange. The motherboard showed signs of moisture and slowdown issues due to damaged sensors. The buyer is now claiming that the board was water-damaged and has already repaired it—then requested reimbursement without contacting me beforehand. Additionally, the photo provided appears to show a different board, as it does not have my company's anti-tamper sticker, which we apply to all outgoing parts for verification.
