I would categorize it as an unintentional error related to the quantity shipped... the seller's customer service remedied the issue very quickly. It arrived quickly , well packaged. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong projector for the project I needed it for so I may have to return, but only because I got my models confused , nothing to do with the quality or the seller. I’m hoping to buy from them again !
