Very impressed with the kind of packing and shipping process.. however as this instrument is being shipped from India, it took couple of weeks for delivery. The support is excellent! Mr. Gandharv Bhatiya provided prompt support and was very helpful. I have a piano and a harp tuned to this so it works well. Very courteous and it's a beautiful instrument. Still learning to play.
