It arrived packed safely soon after it was sent and the seller provided shipping details without delay. Communication was excellent! The guitar itself needed a small set and and tuning upon arrival. It plays and sounds excellent. Nice neck feel (a few frets did need a tap here and there) and the mat black finish is great. I would purchase another instrument off this seller without hesitation.
