The seller was incredibly responsive and kind, but it took forever for FedEx to actually ship the package. The item was not packaged well at all, the box was completely crushed, and the purse itself was knicked and damaged to the point where the leather is peeling off. Looking at buyers' history, long history of giving negative feedback to sellers for reasons beyond us sellers control. I did everything I could to make it right.

It was packed to withstand the rigors of shipping, and was put in the mail quickly. This was a five star experience, and I highly recommend this seller. Thank you!
