Funny how Nikon made the door latches out of plastic on a camera that otherwise is built like a tank. Oh well. This fix really worked and was easy to do too. Great value. I was told not to return the item, just take pictures and send them instead..Even though the product was disappointing, the customer service and communication were excellent.
